The UN Human Rights Council reviews US compliance with international human rights obligations at its 9th Session (November-December 2010). The Advocates for Human Rights drafted the US Human Rights Network's cluster report on the Human Rights of Migrants, Refugees and Asylum Seekers. The report, endorsed by local and national advocates and activists, identifies key human rights failures of the US immigration system.
