Please join The Advocates for Human Rights for a free CLE on labor trafficking. This training will provide an overview of labor trafficking and highlight areas in which there may be overlap within an existing practice. Attendees will learn practical techniques and tools for screening and identifying labor trafficking victims, especially among existing and prospective clients. The training will also provide guidance on the particular needs of labor trafficking survivors and the remedies and resources available. In addition to providing an overview of the various types of immigration relief that may be available to an identified trafficking survivor, the training will include a more substantive review of the T Visa process in particular.
