DESCRIPTION:
Many Americans are familiar with civil and political rights. The rights to freedom and equality are enshrined in our Constitution. But what about the right to education? The right to housing, food, and health? This presentation covers current state in the U.S. of what are often called "second-generation" rights - the minimum standards for economic and social conditions that guarantee people are able to live in dignity.
