Have you experienced or witnessed an act of hate? The Advocates seeks to document incidents, use the information to educate about the impact of hatred, and advocate to protect those at risk. Please call 911 to report any hate crimes or incidents to your local law enforcement first.
Discrimination is a human rights violation and should not be tolerated. Hold public and private institutions accountable by reporting abuse.
Help foster inclusion and combat hate by hosting a community conversation or salon with your friends and neighbors to learn more about the human rights issues in your community.
Teach Human Rights
Help young people cultivate civility, navigate differences with respect, and take responsibility for the human rights of all members of the community.
Know Your Rights
Be Ready. Be Strong.
The Advocates for Human Rights respects the inherent dignity of all human beings no matter a person's race, ethnicity, gender, immigration status, abilities, sexual orientation, or age. We will continue to STAND UP against bigotry, hatred, discrimination, Islamophobia, and all forms of violence against women.
PLEASE reach out to elected officials. Ask them to take a stand for human rights and against intolerance!
By the way, a phone call is more effective than an email.
