Integrating Human Rights Education into K-12 Schools in the U.S.

"If there is one thing that I do that makes me proud of my work as an educator, it is human rights education."

 

The Advocates for Human Rights provides assistance for K-12 teachers to integrate human rights education into their existing curricula. The Advocates' school partners - called "Rights Sites" - provide examples of best practices on how human rights education can flourish in diverse educational environments.
