This interactive workshop will serve as a resource for prosecutors to use the Minnesota sex trafficking law to prosecute traffickers and protect trafficking victims within the criminal justice system. The training will feature an expert on prosecuting sex trafficking cases from the National District Attorneys Association as well as case examples of using state law to prosecute sex traffickers from an Iowa Assistant Attorney General, in addition to local prosecutor, law enforcement, and service provider expertise.
