On May 21, join the Minnesota International Center and the University of Minnesota Interdisciplinary Center for the Study of Global Change, along with Nonviolent Peace Force and The Advocates for Human Rights for a discussion attempting to answer some of these questions with one of the world’s leading experts on humanitarian intervention, Dr. Lloyd Axworthy.
