The Advocates will present on, "A Human Rights Approach to Ending Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Minors" at the 2012 Minnesota Office of Justice Programs Conference on Crime and Victimization. The Advocates led passage of the Safe Harbors bill in Minnesota in 2011, a bill that includes protections for commercially sexually exploited children and clarifies that sexually exploited children are crime victims, not criminals.
