Elizabeth Montgomery

Elizabeth is a staff attorney with The Advocates' Women's Human Rights Program where she is involved with domestic and international advocacy focused on gender-based violence. In her role, Elizabeth oversees the WATCH court observation project, including volunteer training and data management. She also has experience working with international partners on UN submissions, assisting with providing consultation on foreign domestic violence laws, and other international work.

Prior to working with The Advocates, Elizabeth's passion for assisting others led to receiving her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law after graduating from Concordia College Moorhead with a B.A. in both Political Science and Global Studies and a minor in German.
