Joseph (JP) Trojan

Joseph ("JP") provides direct legal services to those seeking T-nonimmigrant status. In addition to his direct legal work, Joseph offers support to pro bono attorneys representing trafficking victims. He also aids in efforts to increase collaboration with community partners and promote greater awareness of trafficking issues.
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Joseph was an Associate Attorney at Morales Law PLLC in Minneapolis where he represented asylees as well as victims of crime, domestic violence, and trafficking. While in law school, he worked with Afghan Asylees after the U.S. withdraw from Afghanistan and fall of Kabul.
He graduated with a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in
2023, and he earned a B.A. in government from The College of William and
Mary in 2020.
