PSG Honduran women is cognizable but Respondent failed to establish nexus - that abuser targeted her specifically because of her gender. She has not established a reasonable possibility that she would be persecuted on account of her membership in the group Honduran women. Respondent did not present sufficient evidence to show that the government of Honduras condones DV or is completely helpless to stop it.
