Give to the Max Day
Thursday, November 12, 2015

Join us November 12, 2015, for Give to the Max Day and help us continue to change lives locally and globally.

Your donation on Give to the Max Day may also help us receive an additional donation of $1,000. How? Every gift made on will be entered into an hourly drawing for a $1,000 GiveMN Golden Ticket to be awarded to a nonprofit organization. That adds up to 24 opportunities for you to help us receive an extra $1,000!

Here’s the really exciting part: One donation made on will be randomly selected at noon and also at the end of Give to the Max Day to receive a $10,000 Super-Sized GiveMN Golden Ticket! This means that the more gifts we generate on, the greater our chances to receive an additional $10,000 donation to help make the world a better, safer place.

Your donation will help:

Educate a child in Nepal for a year: $250

Help diaspora groups advance human rights in their home countries: $500

Save a life of an asylum seeker by providing her/him with legal representation: $1,000

Hold a country accountable for its human rights abuses by sending two staff members of The Advocates to the United Nations: $5,000

Give to the Max Day was created in 2009 to launch GiveMN, a collaborative venture led by Minnesota Community Foundation and other organizations committed to helping make Minnesota a better place. That initial spark touched off a blast of online giving — $14 million in 24 hours. Since then, Give to the Max Day has become an annual tradition, and has become a national model for giving days.
