“Protecting the rights and the health of all people will in fact
help control the spread of the virus.”
- Michelle Bachelet,
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights
The Advocates for Human Rights continues the fight for human rights from home. We are meeting remotely with clients. We are providing new online resources to address the heightened risk of domestic violence and other human rights abuses. We are monitoring human rights around the world and tirelessly working to stop anyone from taking advantage of a crisis. Many of you have asked how you can help. Please join us on April 7 to hear about ways to get involved from anywhere in the world.
This virtual house party takes place instead of our traditional spring fundraisers. Therefore, we continue working toward our goal to raise $80,000 to fight injustice and defend individual victims of human rights abuses. You can help by joining our Virtual House Party on April 7 on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Stay up to date by joining our Facebook event now!
