This report addresses human rights issues such as the Russian Federation's legislation on
Foreign Agents and the lack of protection for women enduring violence against women, and
especially domestic violence. This report centers on information derived from interviews with Russian human rights
defenders (HRD) who are directly impacted by Russia's Foreign Agents law and who provide
direct services to victims of domestic violence.
